Stephen M. Charme is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Rutgers College where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and graduated from Columbia Law School where he was Writing and Research Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. Prior to joining the firm, he was a litigation partner in New York City, and has spent his entire career litigating a broad array of commercial, corporate, estate and employment matters at all levels of the state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey and other jurisdictions.
