Biography
Gary Stadtmauer is a senior partner at the law firm of Witman Stadtmauer, P.A. Gary concentrates his practice in ERISA and employee benefits law and counsels clients with respect to all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Gary’s experience ranges from plan design, implementation, amendments and ongoing administration and compliance issues. He has expertise in drafting and amending all type of employee benefit plans including single and multiple employer defined benefit plans, defined contribution, pension, profit sharing and 401(k) plans. Gary has significant expertise in representing clients in voluntary compliance initiatives with the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department of Labor. Gary has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America each year since 2007 and as a Super Lawyer.
