Tara S. Sinha

Tara S. Sinha is a member of the New Jersey Bar. Ms. Sinha received her B.S. from Rutgars College and graduated from Rutgers School of Law – Newark, where she served as the Senior Articies Editor of theWomen’s Rights Law Reporter. Ms. Sinha is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and member of the board of consultors of the real property Trust and Estate section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sinha was the law clerk for the Honorable Walter R. Barisonek, Union County Superior Court. She authored “Dot your I’s and Cross your T’s” and co-authored “Addressing Estate and Gift Tax Issues in a Premarital Agreement or Divorcee” and “Federal and State Law May Apply to Transfer of a Firearm to a Beneficiary’, New Jersey Law Journal. Ms, Sinha has also lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the New York City Bar, Practicing Law Institute and other organizations.
